1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bajar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bajar is a gamified task management application that helps users organize their tasks, build productive habits, and compete with friends. The App includes features such as AI-powered task breakdown, XP and leveling systems, streaks, and social leaderboards.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Pro Plans

Bajar offers both free and paid subscription plans. The Pro plan provides additional features and removes limitations.

4.2 Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your app store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Share inappropriate content through the App
  • Manipulate the XP or leaderboard systems

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Bajar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (such as tasks and notes). By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAJAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
